Health Care 2010

Best wishes for a wonderful 2010. I spent the holidays in a variety of hospitals since my beautiful healthy mother surprised us all by having a series of heart attacks.

This came as a total shock to our family, and has turned my life upside down. This was the first year that I experienced Christmas in the hospital. I stayed there with her day and night for about 7 days. It was a very educational experience and I am writing about it on my blog, FaithnHopenLove

For some reason writing about this is a lot more difficult than I thought it would be. I had this whole series in my mind, but making the time to actually put it down seems to get put off. Maybe it is because she is back in the hospital.

For self employed people, and those who are mainly responsible for their own health care plans it is pretty scary out there. There are options available that most people are not even aware of. However if you are not classified “poor” in the US, you have very limited choices in the help available to your as far as paying your medical bills, and the choices that they recommend to you as far as after hospital care.

I intend to cover most of this on my other blog. Right now we are starting the process of working with a city retirement health plan, the medicare/medical systems and the Veterans Administration.

If anyone has any pointers on any of this, please share them here.

I feel that health care is a huge factor in business information. I just pretty much had my eyes closed to it. Now I have been made aware, and hope I can share experiences with fellow bloggers. The future comes way too fast to not be prepared for your retirement health care.

All Over The Place Blog

I guess my blog goes all over the place. Yesterday it was Bounce fabric softener sheets and today it is discusing Nutronix and The Berry Tree again.

I wonder how many rules of Internet Marketing I am breaking by my lack of focus. Well I think it would get really boring if I just stayed on one topic, and hey I have categories for anyone searching for something specific. Maybe in time I will get more narrow visioned in how and what I post about. My top priority is to inform the consumer though. I want to let you all know why I am in the businesses I chose and how they work. I also want you to know about the places where I have chased rainbows but never found the pot of gold.

Just writing this my mind is racing to what I should add to this post. Well I wanted to let anyone who has not found that business opportunity in on the latest updates for The Berry Tree.

The Berry Tree is the infant company of parent company Nutronix International. I will talk about Nutronix often because I personally know the owners. I have met them all and have been getting to know Bob Bremner better since I have been so very lucky to host his product training calls every Tuesday night. Bob is a gentleman who is in his 60s but looks younger then several men 20 years younger. He is a great dancer, too.

Bob is a believer in natural health. He has studied about health and nutrition since his health and lifestyle were not the best about 10-15 years ago. We are so fortunate that Bob Bremner discovered the Okinawa coral calcium, and now we have these cool little tea bags that not only make water taste delicious, but they also will alkaline your body and add more oxygen to your blood.

Day 3 of the NuFit and NuStart Program

First of all, I have to admit that I am not restricting anything that I want to eat so far on this plan, but I feel that I have already cut down on the food intake. I even did some minor exercising yesterday (about 10 minutes on my rebounder…mini trampolene thing).

My coach, Matt Johnson, has been in contact with me via email since I filled out my behavioral contract and my body fat %, and the starting weight. Yikes I think my invisible friend was on the scale with me! Yeah I hate reality checks, don’t you?

Well I am slowly getting into this. I am so used to failing on my “get back in shape” plans and dreams that I am surprised how I rebel against myself. That is just weird but I am finding out that I can be my own worst enemy. I think the coaching will help. I feel sort of embarassed admitting things to him, but I have met Matt Johnson in person and conducted product training calls with him and I feel that he is very sincere in wanting to help me.

I feel that a strong part of succeeding in this will be overcoming my attitude. Have you spotted it already? Well I want you to know I feel reluctant about this. However I like the milk shakes and the AM suppliments do seem to be working better on Day 3 then they did on Days 1 and 2. I am also getting some good rest with the Night suppliments. I am more conscious of portion size and I ate less for lunch today.

Now if I can just drink more water during the day when I am at work that would help….

Changing My Life Again!

This post is about Health and Nutrition.

I used to live at the beach where my focus was always on my health and nutrition. It had to be when I was living there. I think if you were not fit you had 24 hours to get out of town on your own or be escourted out. Everyone who lives at the beach is concerned with how they look. I am talking about Orange County, California beaches. Eternal fitness and eternal youth are the key words there.

Now that I do not live near the ocean fast food and junk has entered my life and I lack of exercise, too. You all know what that does to your health! If you do not you should be seriously concerned about it starting NOW.

I have been a member of Nutronix International for about 3 years now and I have met people in person who have saved their life by using these products. It is great to see products that have such positive effects in getting people off of their diabetic medication and their cholesterol staten drugs, and helping in the fight against viruses and cancer. Our bodies have incredible healing powers if we treat them right.

Nutronix International has come out with a great program to help us all change our current bad habits and introduce some good ones to our life. I joined Nufit and the program looks great. Today was my first day taking the suppliments and you know what I am not hungry! Seriously. Well maybe just a little, but I feel more thirsty at the moment.

The foucs is on losing inches, not pounds. That is great by me. I have been trying to get taller for about 5 years and that is not happening. I am going to post my Life Change adventures here and as soon as I can I will add a before picture, but not in a bathing suit. Maybe I will add that for my after photo in 2 years.

I will use this blog for updates on my progress because it will help me to stay accountable and hopefully some of my readers will want to join me in this program and we can help each other to stay focused, too.

Well, I have been a member of Nutronix International for almost 3 years now. They do have the best nutritional products I have ever found so it just makes sense that I endorse them. Yes they are a Multi Level Marketing company, and YES, I am making money as a distributor (but I rarely sell products).
