This post is about Health and Nutrition.

I used to live at the beach where my focus was always on my health and nutrition.  It had to be when I was living there.  I think if you were not fit you had 24 hours to get out of town on your own or be escourted out.  Everyone who lives at the beach is concerned with how they look.  I am talking about Orange County, California beaches.  Eternal fitness and eternal youth are the key words there.

Now that I do not live near the ocean fast food and junk has entered my life and I lack of exercise, too.  You all know what that does to your health!  If you do not you should be seriously concerned about it starting NOW.

I have been a member of Nutronix International for about 3 years now and I have met people in person who have saved their life by using these products.  It is great to see products that have such positive effects in getting people off of their diabetic medication and their cholesterol staten drugs, and helping in the fight against viruses and cancer.  Our bodies have incredible healing powers if we treat them right.

Nutronix International has come out with a great program to help us all change our current bad habits and introduce some good ones to our life.  I joined Nufit and the program looks great.  Today was my first day taking the suppliments and you know what I am not hungry!  Seriously.  Well maybe just a little, but I feel more thirsty at the moment.

The foucs is on losing inches, not pounds.  That is great by me.  I have been trying to get taller for about 5 years and that is not happening.  I am going to post my Life Change adventures here and as soon as I can I will add a before picture, but not in a bathing suit.  Maybe I will add that for my after photo in 2 years.

I will use this blog for updates on my progress because it will help me to stay accountable and hopefully some of my readers will want to join me in this program and we can help each other to stay focused, too.

Watch for more information on this.  I will make a video of some of the products as soon as I can, too.  Right now my college class is taking up all my time.  So back to my homework.
