First of all,  I have to admit that I am not restricting anything that I want to eat so far on this plan, but I feel that I have already cut down on the food intake.  I even did some minor exercising yesterday (about 10 minutes on my rebounder…mini trampolene thing).

My coach, Matt Johnson, has been in contact with me via email since I filled out my behavioral contract and my body fat %, and the starting weight.  Yikes I think my invisible friend was on the scale with me!  Yeah I hate reality checks, don’t you?

Well I am slowly getting into this.  I am so used to failing on my “get back in shape” plans and dreams that I am surprised how I rebel against myself.  That is just weird but I am finding out that I can be my own worst enemy.  I think the coaching will help.  I feel sort of embarassed admitting things to him, but I have met Matt Johnson in person and conducted product training calls with him and I feel that he is very sincere in wanting to help me.

I feel that a strong part of succeeding in this will be overcoming my attitude.  Have you spotted it already?  Well I want you to know I feel reluctant about this.  However I like the milk shakes and the AM suppliments do seem to be working better on Day 3 then they did on Days 1 and 2.  I am also getting some good rest with the Night suppliments.  I am more conscious of portion size and I ate less for lunch today. 

Now if I can just drink more water during the day when I am at work that would help….
