Keeping on the Positive Side of Life

One thing that sets succesful people apart from people not considered successful is their ability to keep going and going and going no matter what.  What you think today determines what you will have tomorrow.  There is a lot of truth to the positive thinkers lifestyle.

Who do you prefer to be around?  Do you enjoy being around someone who complains all the time and talks about sick people and their aches and pains?  This is not to say that you can not be sympathetic towards them, but it is to say, do not focus on their situation.  You do not want to get stuck in that.

It is a minute to minute effort sometimes to keep positive.  I have been working on it consciously for over a year now, and I definitely see changes in my life.  Of course I can always feel when that JUNK and negative mood starts taking over my brain.  It just feels so heavy and burdened.  However that is the time to put on the positive forces and to turn your situation around.

Even in the worst of times most of us can find something to be thankful for.  I know that statement can be argued.  I find strength in the Bible and the stories there of adversity most of the people faced and over came.  I know, more controversy.  When you read about great people in history, hardly any of them had an easy beginning but they had something that kept them going and set them apart.

There are so many good books around now about positive thinking.  One of the first books that I ever read that had an impact on my life was Napoleon Hill’s, Think and Grow Rich

Why am I writing this?  Well, I just do not feel all that positive, or I didn’t when I started writing this, so I decided to write about it, and you know what I feel that this is going to be an incredible day now.  I have been thinking about all I have to feel grateful for, and all I appreciate in life, and now I am ready for my day.

I love to write and I am so thankful for the computer to give me the means to do that.  It is a great gift to own one, and to be able to pay for the internet, and to have a mind that works well enough to write things that people actually read.

Now I think I am really ready to clean the bathroom and do laundry with a good attitude!  Then I am going to work on improving my business by contacting some people and doing more research so I can report some really great ways to make some extra cash that is not too difficult to do for busy people.

  1. I thought I would do a little follow-up since it is now later in the day. Today has been a great day. I got a lot done, and made a lot of positive contacting. You have to think your way into what kind of a day you want to have sometime. It works. See Above post.
