Here it is, the most beautiful website. Well maybe you will disagree but this site is really nice to look at. The designers for The Berry Tree have created a nice site. The packaging for the product reflects the quality of the product. The safe energy drink is definitely worth trying for the $4.95 sample. Of course I will give you links to try or buy your Berry Boost energy drink. I love this product and the individualized serving packets! It is so easy to take where ever I go and add to water or juice to make it even better. The green color catches attention and I am able to share my business card, or if I am feeling generous a sample.

Are you ready to get started with your own hosting for a website or blog? If you are going to have any sort of business now, having a web presence is one thing you really should be concerned with. If you know little or nothing about these things then perhaps I can help you with my suggestions.

I definitely recommend blogs ahead of Web Sites, although a website will probably be in your future. I am taking it for granted that you know what you want to use the website for. I started my first website just for fun and to learn what it was all about. I was completely fascinated by the internet and making web pages. Later I learned that it was possible to earn some money using the internet and that made me even happier.

I have one website that I spent a lot of time creating, and I am now devoting most of my energy to blogs because they are easier for me to add content to. I only need to know minimal coding for what I use. Word Press is my blog of choice, but it is not perfect and does require some patience.

However I have a system I use to even shorten the learning curve for Word Press.

How much will it cost for hosting, a domain name, and a system that will show you how to get your blog up and running? Using the services that I recommend you can get started for very little. It is always good to contact the vendors and see if they have any special offers going to help you get started. I am going to show you banners from the services I use and give you the prices as of today, March 23, 2008. This way you have an idea of what your basic needs will be.

If you are brand New I recommend starting a Word Press Blog. If the thought of hosting your own blog scares you then consider starting for FREE with a Word Press Blog. Domain Names are a Must! A domain name will establish your web identity. See if you can get one with your keywords in it, or one that Brands you as the authority in your field. I recommend Go Daddy for domain names.

Now for the system that I use to make my blogs for affiliate marketing and general product information, I recommend Alex Sysoef’s Web 2.0 Wealth System.

Each one of these recommended services comes with unlimited help! However to get even more help starting your own internet business or using the internet to promote your business there are two more resources that I am recommending.

Day 3 of the NuFit and NuStart Program

First of all, I have to admit that I am not restricting anything that I want to eat so far on this plan, but I feel that I have already cut down on the food intake. I even did some minor exercising yesterday (about 10 minutes on my rebounder…mini trampolene thing).

My coach, Matt Johnson, has been in contact with me via email since I filled out my behavioral contract and my body fat %, and the starting weight. Yikes I think my invisible friend was on the scale with me! Yeah I hate reality checks, don’t you?

Well I am slowly getting into this. I am so used to failing on my “get back in shape” plans and dreams that I am surprised how I rebel against myself. That is just weird but I am finding out that I can be my own worst enemy. I think the coaching will help. I feel sort of embarassed admitting things to him, but I have met Matt Johnson in person and conducted product training calls with him and I feel that he is very sincere in wanting to help me.

I feel that a strong part of succeeding in this will be overcoming my attitude. Have you spotted it already? Well I want you to know I feel reluctant about this. However I like the milk shakes and the AM suppliments do seem to be working better on Day 3 then they did on Days 1 and 2. I am also getting some good rest with the Night suppliments. I am more conscious of portion size and I ate less for lunch today.

Now if I can just drink more water during the day when I am at work that would help….
